1.3 Consultation and Quotes
All quotes are provided following a free in-home or on-site consultation, or via photo mockup upon request. Quotes are based on the scope of work assessed at the time of consultation. Changes to the project scope after a quote is issued may result in revised pricing. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
1.4 Scheduling and Installation
Installation dates are scheduled based on availability. Most residential installations are completed in one day; larger or more complex properties may take two to three days. We make every reasonable effort to complete installations within the agreed timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, property access limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
Final pricing is outlined in the written service agreement provided before work begins. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Pricing is based on linear footage, property complexity, and materials selected. Residential projects typically range from $8,000–$15,000; commercial projects vary based on scope.
2.2 Payment Schedule
Payment terms are as specified in your individual service agreement. A deposit is typically required to confirm your installation appointment, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of non-payment.
2.3 Financing
We offer flexible financing options through trusted third-party financing partners. Terms range from 3 to 60 months with rates as low as 0% (subject to credit approval). Financing is provided by and subject to the terms of our third-party financing partners, not ${COMPANY}. We are not responsible for financing decisions or terms offered by our partners.
2.4 Late Payments
Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in your service agreement may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all available legal means.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable in certain circumstances, as stated in your signed service agreement.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a successful installation, you agree to:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to all areas of the property where work is to be performed on the scheduled installation date
- Ensure pets are secured and the work area is clear of personal belongings
- Disclose any known property conditions (e.g., HOA restrictions, fragile roofing, underground utilities) that may affect the installation

- Ensure that a responsible adult (18+) is present during the installation and post-installation walkthrough
